Gambling Circus - Rules of Craps

If you read our introduction to the game of Craps, you are then familiarized with the way in which a session of Craps is carried out and this is a great beginning. All you need to learn now is the other bets that you can do and when to do them.
In order to indicate when and where to place the bets, not only one needs guidelines, but a good summary of the rules of Craps.

Let us take a look at the different parts of the table where you can place your bets. In a real casino, the size of the table of Craps is double, which is needed, and one end is equal to the other; in this way it can accommodate more people around the table.
The table of the virtual Craps, is of course, a little different, since you will see only one end of the table, as after all, that has everything that is needed.
The bar "Pass Line" is a long and wide band that crosses the outer edge of the table of the board of Craps. It is there where players can place their chips to bet on the "Pass".
Our page of bets to the "Pass" also mentions the subjects related to the game of probabilities. Right above the “pass line” is another thinner bar, with a noticeable area displaying "6 BIG 8" in its corner.

It is here where the bets to "Don't Pass" are placed (in essence the opposite thing to the line of bets to the "Pass"). The bets to "Big 6" and "Big 8" are both placed in a small space on the corner of the “pass line” and between the sides of the "Don't Pass Bar".
This bet, as explained later, is similar to the bet "Pleases" with regard to its rules, but it does not always gives good results. A very popular bet is the bet to the "Field".
In order to bet to the "Field", you look for the space that has the word "Field", along with a great set of numbers. When you bet to the "Field", you will be betting that it leaves 2, 3, 4, 9, 10, 11, or 12 in the following shot.
The bets to the "Field", like many others, are applied to the following shot of Dices, whereas there are others that are applied to all within a session of Craps.

The bet to "Come" can be placed in a large space in the center of the table of Dices.
The bet to Come is, in essence, the same as that of the “pass line”, but this bet can be done once the "Point" has settled down.
The opposite bet to Come is the bet to "Don't Come", in the same way in which the opposite bet to the "Pass" is the bet to “Don't Pass”. Another very popular bet is, the bet "Pleases", which is placed throughout the inner edge of the table. The bet to "6 and 8" constitutes one of the best bets on the table.
The bets "Buy" and "Lay" are made in the same way as the bets Please, but have different probabilities of winning. Read more on the bet "Buy" and the bet "Lay".
The bets to the "hard" are placed on the right half of the table of Craps, which can make you think that they use a set of complicated rules. In fact these rules are not complicated, but they need attention to read and to bet with caution. In the center of the table of Craps a set of "One roll bets" exists, which include options like "Any Seven", "Horn", and "Any Craps".
All these bets, which are explained in detail in their respective pages, are not considered very likely to reduce the advantage of the House, so you are better to understand them to be able to make a good decision.
